I had never heard of National Doughnut week until I started researching events in May to explore for this blog!
I find it almost impossible to walk past a stall selling fresh doughnuts without buying a bag. Even thinking about it makes me drool!!
In my story, "A Naughty Elf," one of the smells that Isabella identifies at the Christmas market is freshly fried doughnuts.
