A character from one of my short stories does!
Nate is a rural mechanic, he works in his family garage and is just as confident fixing a combine harvester as he is a skateboard. He could be described as "Lean and lithe" but he would probably choose the word "Scrawny" or "weedy". Despite his best efforts he can not seem to bulk up. His light brown hair is always floppy and his jeans always seem to have oil on them. His green eyes are in contrast to his olive skin. His rural accent is occasional punctured with a polished word or two, revealing his expensive education.
