Every year I do this goal setting brainstorm. Some of these are small goals that lead into the bigger ones.
Basically there is four catagories of goal in this brainstorm:
Physical Health Goals, such as sleep, food, healthy blood levels
Mental Heath Goals, such as writing letters, journaling, socialising, volunteering and attending events that put me out of my comfort zone
Challenges:
Winter Walk
Easter Walk
Southwest Coast to Coast
Work Based Goals;
I will finish my novel and send it to publishers in 2020
I will also finish my writing course and read more, both of which will improve my writing.
